Size up! Ordered a small due to reviews and the support band is definitely tight without permanent stretch, the arm hole was smaller and tight compared to my other one shoulder swim pieces. The quality of the suit is amazing though, however, I purchased during a sale so no exchanges permitted. For reference: I am petite, narrow shoulders, 4 11 & 126lbs, small mom lower belly/32C cup, usually wear a small/med top and 4-6 jeans or small pants. Overall great fabric, quality, and fast shipping but not true to size so size up!
